Evans Scholarship
Started in 1929 in honor of famed amateur golfer Charles "Chick" Evans Jr., the Evans Scholars Foundation provides academic, professional, and social resources that help deserving caddies successfully attend and earn their degree from a leading university. Pine Hills Country Club has sponsored 96 caddies into the Evans Scholars program since the 1960's at schools including the University of Wisconsin - Madison, Northwestern University, University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, and Marquette University. Pine Hills membership has a rich history of supporting the Evans Scholar Foundation with yearly donations of over $50,000.
