Login Instructions

The login format is as follows:

Your user name is always your member number. For the spouse to log in, they must use an S at the end of their member number. If you don't know your member number, you can find it on your monthly statement. 

Your username is:
For Main Members: member number
For Spouses: member number followed by S

For your initial login, we have created a generic password for all members.

Your initial login password is:
Your Last Name with the first letter capitalized. 
Example: Smith

After you have logged in to the website, you will be prompted to change your username and password. Please make a note of thenew password as this will now be your password instead of your last name. 

We recommend a minimum of 6 characters and/or numbers for your username and password and it should not be something simple like your last name. In the future, you can always go to the My Profile page and update your username and password as well as your personal information.
