Caddie Program

Pine Hills Country Club is proud to have a rich history of supporting a successful caddie program. Caddying is more than just a summer job, the core values that underscore a caddie's presence on the course are the same ones that will make them successful in life. In addition to being a great way to learn about the game of golf, teenagers learn valuable life lessons, develop a strong work ethic, and make professional contacts on the golf course through caddying.

Prior golf experience is not a necessary component of a successful caddie. Our new caddies are expected to carry the golf bag while maintaining an appropriate pace of play, take care of the golf course by replacing divots and raking bunkers, and maintaining the player's equipment; all while demonstrating a strong work ethic throughout the round. As a caddie becomes more experienced, the understanding of the game of golf from a caddie's perspective will quickly develop.

Our program accepts and trains new caddies every spring. Please contact the Golf Shop prior to April 15th for more information on joining our team as a caddie.
