OUTING POLICY

Large golf groups will normally be considered when a written request is submitted which includes the purpose and general description of the group outing, anticipated attendance and sponsoring member's statement accepting full financial responsibility for all group charges.  These large groups will be scheduled for Mondays and require 72 or more players.  The possibilities of an outing on Wednesdays or Fridays exist and can be coordinated with General Manager and Golf Professional.

The General Manager may, at his discretion, require a $1,000.00 non‑refundable deposit to confirm the outing date.  Deposits will be applied to guaranteed event charges.

When an outing date is confirmed, detailed arran­gements for golf and clubhouse requirements, and confirmation of charges should be coordinated with the Golf Professional and General Manager well in advance of the scheduled date.
